The LTC tradition began in 1967 with the foundation as a high quality roll form tooling supplier. Over the years, that expertise in tooling development has led LTC to the position it holds today, one of the top performing manufacturers of Roll Formed parts. As a testament to that globally acknowledged position, LTC has maintained a less than 5 PPM as a supplier to General Motors for over 10 consecutive years. Additionally, LTC was the first supplier within the Automotive Industry to successfully Roll Form a Martensite Rocker Panel. This achievement was universally recognized by LTC’s customer as they engaged LTC to provide consulting services to another Rocker Panel supplier in the Asia Pacific region. LTC’s support of that Asia Pacific supplier, ensured their ultimate customer of yet again, another successful vehicle launch.

LTC’s domestic manufacturing footprint encompasses 3 modern facilities totaling 250,000 sq. ft. that were established in 1988. This current Metropolitan Detroit, US footprint houses our Corporate Offices, Manufacturing, Engineering, Tooling, Finance and Sales disciplines. Additionally, LTC has recently identified Silao, Mexico as the location for our new Mexican manufacturing facility. The plant will be launched and operational mid-2012.
