LTC’s continuous improvement philosophy and our environmental policy are considered when making decisions and establishing corporate goals. LTC is committed to the compliance of Environmental Legislation and Regulations with continuous improvement towards the prevention of pollution.
Our commitment will entail conducting and reviewing environmental audits, corrective actions and preventive actions for procedures and processes so as to determine improvements for the future. This evaluation is completed through the use of business plan targets and goals; safety teams meetings and production meetings. Records of these meetings are maintained by the Safety Manager and Materials Manager and are posted.
The MR and the Safety Manager will bring any Environmental concerns to the production meeting. These concerns are addressed at the Management Review Meetings and room for improvement is analyzed. Records of these meetings are maintained by the MR of LTC’s Environmental Systems.
